Whether the firm's assignment is a coverage opinion, suspicious loss or a major case, The ZLG approaches each case with enthusiasm!  We work, with the client as a team, to identify goals, desired outcome and strategically plan the stages of the investigation or litigation.  We always keep in mind the cost-benefit issues facing our clients; providing the client with an idea of what the matter will cost for The ZLG to handle assigned matters.

Flat Fee Options

The ZLG understands the significant impact that attorney fee exposure (both plaintiff & defense) has on a company's "bottom line" and the evaluation of its business decisions.  Flat Fee charges take the "surprise" of high legal defense bills out of the equation and foster trust between the firm and the insurer.   

Client Access via Client Portal

The ZLG's case management software provides clients with access to assigned claims & litigation via the Client Portal. The ZLG also invested in a top tier telephonic and video conferencing system to allow for many options for client meetings/collaboration, witness interviews, Examinations under Oath if personal attendance is not possible. The cost of the system is not passed to the client as an extra expense.
